Salary: £35,000 - 56,000 per year
Requirements: We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant with a strong background in business analysis and CRM processes. You should possess hands-on experience configuring and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions in areas such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service. Responsibilities: Solution Design & Configuration: Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules to meet client requirements, optimising workflows, data management, and reporting.Client Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into functional solutions.Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and developers on best practices.Customisation & Integration: Customise Dynamics 365 CE to align with client-specific processes and work with technical teams to integrate with other business applications.Client Advisory & Best Practices: Act as the primary functional advisor for clients, sharing expertise on Dynamics 365 CE best practices and industry standards.Governance & Security: Implement data governance, security roles, and compliance policies.Training & Enablement: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers for client teams or internal staff.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Microsoft’s roadmap, new features, and industry trends to provide strategic advice to clients.Documentation & Reporting: Document functional specifications, configuration settings, and system changes while preparing regular project status reports to communicate progress.Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with technical teams and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery, participating in project planning and progress meetings.
