We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer who enjoys keeping services running, solving practical problems and improving the platforms our business depends on. What you will work with Keep critical Identity Management services running through monitoring, support, troubleshooting and incident follow-up Turn daily operational experience into better stability, automation, documentation and standard ways of working Implement, maintain and improve identity solutions, integrations and supporting infrastructure Contribute to design, implementation planning and handover from projects into operation Work closely with architects, colleagues and stakeholders to create secure, scalable services that fit the business ** You will thrive in the role if you** Take ownership of daily operational tasks and follow issues through to resolution Understand how infrastructure, identity, security and daily business operations connect Are curious about why issues happen and motivated by preventing them from returning Can balance support tasks, improvements and longer-term roadmap activities Share knowledge, document your work and help colleagues succeed ** We imagine that you bring** Experience with infrastructure, platforms or enterprise systems Interest in Identity Management, Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory, IGA or authentication and authorization technologies Experience with automation, scripting, PowerShell or infrastructure engineering practices is an advantage Good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical colleagues and business stakeholders ** Why join us?** You will join a skilled and collaborative team working with business-critical identity services at enterprise scale.
