We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Duty Manager to join our team at Ormiston Town Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student or someone early in their career who is looking to gain experience in customer service, retail operations, and centre management. You'll be part of a supportive team, helping create a positive experience for our customers, retailers, and visitors while developing skills that will set you up for future career opportunities.

This is a permanent part-time position, primarily working weekends and public holidays, making it ideal for someone studying during the week or working part time at 9-18 Hours per week.

The Value You'll Add

As our Duty Manager, you'll help ensure the centre runs smoothly by:

Providing exceptional customer service to shoppers, retailers, and visitors.Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.Supporting the day-to-day operations of the shopping centre during your shift.Monitoring the centre and responding to operational matters as they arise.Assisting with centre events, promotions, and community activities.Coordinating with contractors, security, cleaners, and retailers to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. We're looking for someone who:

Is available to work weekends and public holidays on a regular basis.Has customer service, retail, hospitality, or other people-facing experience (preferred but not essential).Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Is organised, reliable, and able to take initiative.Your Strengths
