About the Role
You will be responsible for driving the growth of the Microsoft Cloud business in Bulgaria. This is a highly commercial role focused on business development, partner management, and revenue growth.
You will act as the local owner of the Microsoft Cloud business, working closely with Microsoft, reseller partners, and internal stakeholders to develop the market, expand cloud adoption, and achieve ambitious growth targets.
What You'll Do
• Grow the Microsoft Cloud business in Bulgaria by developing partner relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth. • Manage and expand the partner ecosystem, working closely with resellers, distributors, system integrators, managed service providers, and Microsoft stakeholders. • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase cloud adoption and market share. • Own pipeline management and forecasting, ensuring strong business performance and achievement of targets. • Execute business plans and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with sales, marketing, and vendor teams. • Analyse market trends and business data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar commercial role with responsibility for revenue growth and partner development. • Mandatory experience within the IT channel ecosystem, such as an IT distributor, vendor, reseller, system integrator, or managed service provider. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud, Azure, Microsoft 365, or other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud. • Good understanding of the Bulgarian IT channel market and partner landscape. • Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships, identify opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive business growth. • Fluent Bulgarian and English.
