Join our Global Banking Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team, where you’ll collaborate with senior leaders and make a meaningful impact on business priorities. As a Global Banking CFO Associate (Business Management) in Finance & Business Management (F&BM), you will partner with senior leaders across Global Banking to support the CFO’s Business Manager, CFO, and GB F&BM Leadership team. You’ll gain exposure to strategic, financial, and operational priorities, drive key initiatives, and help progress GB’s strategic agenda. Your role will foster collaboration, enable technology adoption, and contribute to a culture of accountability. Job Responsibilities
• Support execution of strategic priorities and initiatives across Global Banking • Coordinate and contribute to executive deliverables, including business reviews and management updates • Act as a liaison between GB F&BM leadership and cross-functional partners • Draft executive communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external audiences • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making • Improve operational processes and drive accountability across teams • Communicate and execute organizational priorities across GB F&BM • Lead special projects in partnership with the GB CFO • Enable adoption of AI, tools, and technology across GB F&BM • Plan and organize key meetings and travel agendas for the GB CFO • Optimize engagement with GB F&BM team and critical partners Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree • Relevant work experience in strategy, business management, financial analysis, or project management • Experience working with senior executives and building trusted relationships • High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive information • Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and proficiency in CRM systems and AI Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
