In this role, you will impact manufacturing efficiency and product quality by providing hands-on technical support, troubleshooting equipment issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth manufacturing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process modules and end items through Environmental Screening area working with production equipment including laser sealing, vibration testing, burn-in ovens, and acceleration testing. • Key role will be testing parts through vibration, burn-in, laser weld, fine leak, and acceleration which requires comfort loading programs on a computer and interacting with software during this process. • Tasks will involve handling sensitive electronic modules and use of hand tools necessary to complete the tasks. • Need to be detail oriented and able to communicate when a part does not meet specifications and coordinate delivery parts to internal customers. • Maintain record logs, filling out operation sheets and loading equipment. • Must be willing to join a face paced environment
**** Swing shift position from 1pm-9:30pm; Schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday; Initial training will occur on dayshift for the first few months (7:00am-3:30pm) prior to transitioning to swing shift. Pay Transparency
The hourly pay range for this position is $29.33 - $36.54/hr ($61,000-$76,000/yr). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. • Minimum of 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience • Must be comfortable working on a computer with basic understanding of MS Office products. • Must be able to read operation sheets to determine what test to run and exact specifications of test. • Ability to lift up to 15- 20 lbs. • Must be willing to stand for majority of shift and put their hands inside a glove box for extended period • Ability to wear PPE (hearing protection) for extended period. • Must be able to understand written and oral work instructions. • Clear communication skills both verbally, written, and via email • Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law. WE VALUE
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Must also be observant and detail oriented to prevent rejections during Vibration, PIND, Burn in, laser welding, and CNC process. • Able to work in a team environment and participate in problem solving when process and assembly issues arise. • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and safety regulations.
