• Woodbridge Primary School • Address: Woodbridge, Suffolk IP12 1SS • Salary: £27,274 per annum (pro rata) • Hours: Part time, 31 hours and 40 minutes per week, working 11.30 am - 3.30 pm in our Nursery and 3.30 pm - 5.50 pm, in our After School Club, 38 weeks per year • Contract: Fixed Term Contract up to 31 August 2027 to cover Maternity Leave, with the possibility of an extension, subject to business requirements), required as soon as possible • Reference: 5557 Woodbridge Primary School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Years Practitioner to join our wonderful nursery team. We are a one form entry school, with it's our own Nursery, that prides itself on being at the heart of the community. You'll have excellent knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and be passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive. You'll be proactive, reliable, and ready to throw yourself into school life with drive and enthusiasm. What you will need
• A Level 2 or above Early Years Childcare Qualification from the approved DFE (Department for Education) list. • Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework. • A Paediatric First aid certificate. • A Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certificate (or willingness to complete).
