Job Responsibilities:
• Sort cardboard and separate good-quality material from damaged or unusable material. • Sort plastic sheets and separate good material from damaged material. • Separate plastic sheets by thickness, including thin and thick sheets. • Sort and separate wooden and plastic frames. • Inspect materials for quality and proper condition. • Operate an electric pallet jack to safely move materials and pallets. • Load, unload, and organize materials as needed. • Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized. • Follow company procedures and basic safety guidelines. • Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds. • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks. • Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time. • Attention to detail when sorting and inspecting materials. • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. • Previous warehouse or material-sorting experience is a plus, but training may be provided. • Experience operating an electric pallet jack is preferred.
