About this role
Customs & Documentation:
Handle all types of customs documentation for Dubai & Sharjah Customs (Free Zone & Non-Free Zone)
Manage Hamriyah Free Zone documentation and related compliance processes
Process import code creation, renewals, and approvals
Prepare and submit HS code applications, request letters, and certificates
Manage exit/entry submissions, approvals, and customs inspection bookings
Handle all online payments related to customs and clearance
DP World & Port Operations:
Manage DP World documentation, including payments and gate pass processing
Handle Permanent & Temporary Gate Passes (Jebel Ali & Port Rashid)
Coordinate port clearance activities to ensure timely shipment movement
