The Marketing Project Manager plays a key role supporting marketing and sales enablement initiatives across the Acosta Group enterprise. Working closely with senior commercial marketing leaders, this role contributes to the development of sales and marketing materials, supports strategic business initiatives, and helps ensure projects are delivered efficiently, consistently, and on time.
Primary Responsibilities Sales and Marketing Content Development
• Create and maintain sales and marketing materials including presentations, sell sheets, case studies, capability overviews, videos, and other commercial assets. • Partner with stakeholders to gather information, develop content, and organize complex information into clear, compelling marketing stories and commercial assets. • Adapt and optimize sales and marketing materials based on audience needs, stakeholder feedback, market changes, and evolving business priorities. • Support development of proof points, customer stories, and case studies that strengthen commercial narratives and sales effectiveness. Marketing Project and Workflow Management
• Manage day-to-day execution of commercial marketing projects, ensuring work moves efficiently through intake, planning, review, approval, and delivery stages. • Coordinate project timelines, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and status updates. • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Project Manager to support prioritization, resource planning, and workload management. • Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and competing priorities and escalate as appropriate. • Maintain project records, documentation, reporting, and workflow visibility within Monday.com. Stakeholder Engagement and Project Support
• Facilitate project meetings, gather requirements, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycles. • Serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned projects and initiatives. Sales Enablement Support
• Maintain and optimize commercial content within our sales enablement tool (Highspot), ensuring materials are current, accessible and aligned to business priorities. • Gather feedback from sales teams and stakeholders to improve content effectiveness and user experience. Continuous development
• Participate in LinkedIn learning that aligns with the role and individual growth / career development goals Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
Minimum Qualifications-Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree Minimum Qualifications-Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or Project Management strongly preferred. • 3-5+ years experience in a marketing capacity in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization • Proven track record of strong proactive communication, project management across multiple divisions and ability to influence stakeholders • Strong writing and copyediting skills • Rigorous attention to detail • Knowledge of / experience with marketing and creative principles including brand governance • Proven time management and prioritization skills Physical Requirements
• Sit for extended periods (typically 6+ hours per day). • Use a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for prolonged periods. • Lift and carry light items (e.g., files, office supplies, laptops, typically 20+ pounds). • Reach, bend, or stoop occasionally to access files or office materials. • Maintain focus and attention for long periods of desk-based work. • Follow clear directions. • Perform repetitive motions (e.g., typing, clicking) consistently throughout the day.
