About the Role
We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across the whole school. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with young people facing a range of educational challenges, helping them to develop their skills, achieve their potential and improve their life chances.
The successful candidate will:
Be inspirational and engaging, fostering a positive and enthusiastic learning environment Be committed to helping every student achieve their full potential Have a genuine passion for supporting the needs of young people with SEND Have an understanding of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and how to support students effectively (desirable)
Work with with the Safeguarding Team, SEND Team and pastoral staff to ensure that vulnerable students receive appropriate support, promoting their welfare,
wellbeing and successful engagement in school life
Be a positive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and dedicated team committed to
