Experience of working with children with a range of learning needs, and being able to tailor learning tasks and resources to enable all children to achieveWillingness to work in a team with other staff to develop excellent provisionAble to understand how to use assessment to inform next stepsSomeone who is proactiveThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to interact with children kindly, enthusiastically, creatively and flexibly to overcome barriers to learning.
