Principal duties and responsibilities include: Security and safety of premises, including opening and closing Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness Maintaining the premises in an excellent state of repair Grounds maintenance, including weeding and gardening Heating and lighting The successful candidate(s) will:- Have the ability to work in a flexible manner with a ‘can do’ approach.
