About this role
We are now looking to appoint an experienced and skilful Assistant SENCo to work under the direction of the SENCo, An understanding of, and commitment to, an inclusive school ethos, working restoratively and ensuring the well-being of each child. A successful track record of managing successful and effective resource provision. A strong knowledge of current SEND practice, able to inspire a forward-thinking and successful SEND team to identify and meet the needs of our most vulnerable learners. A commitment to providing a highly effective universal SEND offer and a willingness to positively embrace change, challenge and opportunities.
