Are you passionate about early years education and championing inclusion for all children? Norcot Early Years Centre- nursery school is seeking an inspiring and dedicated Early Years Teacher/Inclusion Lead to join our supportive and committed team.
As part of our team, you will:
Lead on strategic development of key inclusion policies, including Accessibility; SEND; Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Behaviour Teach in our vibrant EYFS setting, delivering high-quality, inclusive learning experiences Lead our LA-commissioned inclusion base and line manage support staff Provide professional guidance and lead CPD for staff on SEND and inclusion and behaviour Work closely with external agencies to support our children and families Act as Designated Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding
