About this role
This role will be based at Henley-in-Arden School but will involve working across the schools in the Trust.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:00am - 4:00pm (including 30 minute unpaid lunch break)
We are looking for a suitably qualified, self-motivated person to provide a range of technical and general ICT support to staff and students within the school.
The post will be based at Henley in Arden School, a secondary school in Warwickshire, but the ability to work independently and to travel between all schools in the Trust is essential.
Arden Multi Academy Trust is a family of secondary schools comprising of Arden Academy (Knowle), Lode Heath School (Solihull), Henley in Arden School (Henley) and Park Hall Academy (Castle Bromwich).

The successful candidate will work as part of a team to:
Provide technical IT support to staff and studentsDetect, diagnose and resolve PC, printer, peripheral and software errors, assisting students and staff when requiredPerform routine checks on PCs, printers, projectors/ sound and repair when requiredMaintain the school websiteAttend key events e.g. Open Evenings to provide technical support as requiredProvide support to other members of the IT TeamProviding first-line IT Desktop support including troubleshooting, resolving hardware and application errors, including replacing peripherals, repairing laptops and desktopsProvide cover of network manager’s absenceSet up accounts for new staff on Papercut; issue user code and department accountAssist with user administration managing Microsoft accounts and other thrid party accounts, to include email distribution lists, access to other application staff may needCreate ID cards, add accounts to Paxton access control system and issue sign in codeManage visitor sign in iPad, including Wi-Fi connection, label printing and software updatesManage CCTV system - export footage off a Hikvision system and identify any issues to escalateUse of ESET to monitor vulnerabilities and highlight them to the network managerMonitor and provide first line support through the ticketing system for both staff on site and Parents with queriesManagement of Printers including liaising with third party suppliers for servicing and ordering of consumablesKey Skills required:
Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to manage and lead a diverse team A strong focus on customer service with excellent interpersonal skills The ability to work flexibly and operate under strict time constraints Qualifications required
