About this role
We are looking for a leader who can build on the school’s strong foundations and continue to develop a culture of high expectations, kindness and respect.
At Shireland Hall, we place a strong emphasis on reading, communication, character and personal development. Our four core values - kindness, honesty, respect and determination - underpin our approach, helping children to become confident, responsible citizens who understand and value different perspectives.
The successful candidate will:
Build on the school’s existing strengths while continuing to raise ambition.
Create an environment where children and staff can thrive.
Develop people and encourage the sharing of expertise.
Contribute to collaboration and improvement across The Elliot Foundation.
