Job summary

INTERNAL ONLY TO NORTH CUMBRIA INTEGRATED CARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST (NCIC) EMPLOYEES ONLY

We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual, with the ability to think and work strategically and tactically; to manage our Business Partnering team.

This role will be responsible for issues in relation to Employee Relations, Organisational Development, Leadership Capability, Compliance & Communications, Attendance, Employment Law and Recruitment.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work with our legal partners and People Services Business Partners to manage employment tribunals and complex cases. In addition they will lead the development, implementation and evaluation of innovative PS policies and governance solutions, bringing significant knowledge and expertise in delivering best practise ways of working and plans for implementation and continuous improvement in policy, procedure and processes.

You will be able to draw on your considerable previous personal experience of demonstrable delivery of a portfolio of complex work, within budget and on time. You will be fully conversant with risk management controls and development of key success factors.

Qualifications Essential

Educated to Degree level or equivalent plus additional training or equivalent experience to masters level or equivalent Good knowledge of the NHS Agenda Demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Project and Outlook particularly). Current membership of the CIPD Evidence of on-going Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Educated to Degree level or equivalent plus additional training or equivalent experience to masters level or equivalent Good knowledge of the NHS Agenda Demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Project and Outlook particularly). Current membership of the CIPD Evidence of on-going Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
