Job summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Nurse Bank, providing flexible staffing support across our four acute hospitals and community services throughout Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDUHB).
Our hospital sites include:
Bronglais General Hospital, Aberystwyth
Glangwili General Hospital, Carmarthen
Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli
Withybush General Hospital, Haverfordwest
Main duties of the job
As part of our Bank workforce, you will work in a variety of healthcare settings, helping us deliver compassionate, person-centred care. You will have the opportunity to work across a range of specialties, supporting teams to provide safe, high-quality care. Specialties may include, but are not limited to: Mental Health services, Theatre, Medical, Surgical, Emergency Care, Critical Care, Cardiology, Respiratory, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Neonatal, Maternity, Community.
Successful applicants will embody Hywel Dda University Health Board's values by demonstrating compassion, respect, integrity and a commitment to putting people at the heart of everything they do. Candidates should have relevant hospital nursing experience and be able to deliver safe, effective, evidence-based care. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; however, applications from both Welsh and English speakers are welcomed.
