Request a Duty Staff can make shifts or Day Off requests prior to the creation of a roster up to six weeks in advance. This helps promote a better work life balance and allows for personal commitments to be met. HCRG Care Group is pleased to offer access to Wagestream - which lets you track your pay throughout the month and stream your earned wages into your bank account if you need them.

Essential

NMC Registered Nurse (1st Level). Nursing qualification at Diploma level or above. Evidence of relevant continuing professional development. Mentorship/teaching qualification or willingness to obtain this within two years. Ability to independently assess patients and plan, implement and evaluate nursing care. Ability to recognise and appropriately escalate urgent clinical information or deterioration. Strong communication and multidisciplinary team-working skills. Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload without direct supervision. Knowledge of current health and social care developments and evidence-based nursing practice. Appropriate clinical skills and confidence using relevant community equipment. Ability to maintain accurate written and electronic patient records. Flexibility to work across a seven-day service. Ability to travel across the required locality, with a current driving licence and access to a car during the working day.Desirable
