Main duties of the job
Youll deliver personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy to clients with neurological conditions and complex rehabilitation needs, helping them improve function, build confidence and regain independence.
Working closely with experienced physiotherapists and the wider team, youll assess clients, agree meaningful goals, plan and deliver treatment, and review progress throughout their rehabilitation.

Person Specification
Experience Essential
You're a qualified physiotherapist, with HCPC registration by the time you join us. But we'd like to know a little more than what's on your certificate. You care about people. You're interested in their stories, what matters to them, and the everyday things they'd love to get back to doing. You listen properly, explain things clearly, and know that sometimes encouragement is every bit as important as the exercise. You're curious, keen to learn and comfortable saying, Could you give me a hand with this? Nobody arrives knowing everything, and we don't expect you to. You're reliable, thoughtful and happy to contribute to a team. You bring ideas, celebrate other peoples wins and understand that good rehabilitation takes patience, creativity and sound clinical judgement. An interest in neurological physiotherapy and complex rehabilitation is essential. Experience is welcome, including from placements, but you don't need a CV as long as a treatment plinth.
