We are looking for a Total Rewards Partner to join our global HR team. You will be a key player in designing global compensation cycles, overseeing equity governance, and providing expert C&B support for our Israel and EMEA regions. This role balances global strategy with local expertise to enhance our Employee Value Proposition. As a Total Rewards Partner at JFrog, you will: Local (Israel & EMEA) Support: Act as the SME for all C&B aspects; evaluate and enhance offerings to attract top talent; and provide strategic guidance to HRBPs and senior leadership. Global Compensation: Design and execute annual compensation cycles and analyse global market trends using international benchmarks (Zviran, Radford, Mercer).
