This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on customer engagement to strengthen key accounts, develop sales talent, and ensure alignment between sales execution, customer expectations, and operational performance. You will play a critical role in expanding market share, strengthening distributor and end-user relationships, and ensuring disciplined execution across sales processes and profitability targets.
