About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Research Assistant to join the laboratory of Dr. Iqbal Dulloo in the School of Life Sciences at the University of Warwick.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with a background in molecular and cell biology, biochemistry, and who is eager to contribute to cutting-edge discoveries in cell signalling.

The lab investigates the role of membrane proteases in cellular communication, particularly in how they influence transcriptional responses in health and disease.

As a key member of this growing team, you will drive your own experiments under the mentorship of Dr. Dulloo, while also providing support and expertise to collaborators within the group. You will be encouraged and supported to develop professionally and personally through tailored career development resources.

This position is funded by a Medical Research Council Career Development Award. This post is available for two years in the first instance (subject to probation) with the possibility of further extension.

Any requests for further information about the role can be directed to [email protected]

We and the wider University of Warwick environment offer substantial opportunities for professional development including regular opportunities to attend international conferences.

Why Join Us?
