We are seeking an individual to fill the position of Facilities Support Assistant (FSA) within the University Club.

As an FSA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our core services, collaborating closely with the Facilities Manager. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks assigned by the Facilities Manager, all aimed at maintaining an efficient and effective environment.

About You:

While the role involves some manual handling, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your confidence and competence in this aspect of the job.

This part-time role requires a commitment of 20 hours per week. Actual working hours and timings will be determined by the Facilities Manager, usually from 16:00 pm to 22:00 pm Mon to Fri. Overtime work may be available, providing further opportunities for work. Please note that the University Club operates 24 hours a day, and your working hours will align with operational requirements within this timeframe.

As a member of Estates Services FM team, you will be responsible for the running of the reception area, making reservations, dealing with guests and members enquiries. The post holder will also be required to complete some Club administration such as Basic H+S checks and being the responsible person for the site during the shift. This is a lone working position.
