The Digital Business Systems Administrator role within the Estates Directorate supports the development of the University’s computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) software, known as Concerto. The role holder will ensure the day-to-day smooth running of all business systems utilised by the Estates Directorate; this includes, but is not limited to, computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) software, SharePoint, specialist software utilised by teams within Estates, and a range of Microsoft products.

You will have:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to explain technical issues in a manner that is appropriate to the audience Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, taking responsibility for a specific area of work Knowledge of maintaining and developing SQL databases Understanding of the principles of database management Knowledge of SharePoint Online Relevant experience and understanding of troubleshooting problems for stakeholders in digital business systems
