General Information: Our Application Centre for 2-Wheeler & Powersports is looking for a System Technical Project Manager (STPM) in Bengaluru, India for Internal Combustion Engines Projects. System Technical Project Manager is responsible for the technical deliverables of the project (system engineering including components). As such the STPM authorizes the technical system release. The STPM and the project team deliver results with quality, on time and within defined R&D costs Your Key Responsibilities: Leads system engineering project activities from G30 (Award) to G90 (Post SOP) Requirements engineering / management Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives and to align project goals. Defines and tracks the system engineering master plan (e.g. planning and assignment of work packages to match the stakeholder's/customer's expectation in terms of technical content, milestone timing, deliverables, maturities, ...) Coordinate system releases and deliveries, including planning, execution, and delivery Review the System Test plan and ensure the System Test results are meeting the project requirements/deliverables Perform System Integration test, Software functional test at Bench or at Vehicle level to verify the System solution Perform FMEA at System level and ensure Safety process are met during all stages of development Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in project deliverables Ensure the availability of agreed System documentations Drive the Change management internally with CCB meetings Define the quotation (G10 - G30) by means of technical evaluations, System solution proposal, efforts estimation & documentation Support Maintenance of the Project beyond SOP for change request & drive rootcause for quality issues Your Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, Automobile, Electronics or equivalent field Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Engine Management system or calibration Strong understanding of ECU function control logic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and stakeholders Ability to work with people in multicultural environment (India / Europe) Tools: INCA/MDA/ETAS/CONCERTO/CANALYSER / MATLAB or Simulink Autonomy in managing work As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
