Business Controller Manager – Northern Latin America Region Industrial Market | SKF Location: Mexico Function: Finance & Controlling Reporting to: VP Business Controlling About the Role We are seeking a strategic and business-oriented Business Controller Manager to support the Northern Latin America Region within SKF's Industrial Market business. This role is responsible for providing accurate financial insights, driving business performance, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring strong financial governance across the region. As a trusted business partner, you will work closely with commercial and operational leaders to translate financial data into actionable recommendations that support sustainable growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Performance Management Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting. Analyze monthly business performance and provide actionable insights to leadership. Monitor and report key financial KPIs, profitability, and productivity metrics. Prepare and present financial results to senior management. Business Planning & Strategic Finance Lead budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities. Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and business case analysis. Evaluate business opportunities, investments, and profitability initiatives. Partner with commercial teams on pricing strategies and margin optimization. Controlling & Governance Maintain compliance with SKF financial reporting guidelines and internal control requirements. Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and audit requirements. Drive continuous improvement in controlling processes and reporting efficiency. Business Partnership Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to improve business performance. Support credit management, working capital optimization, and financial risk assessment. Act as a key finance partner for regional leadership teams. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Business Finance, or related finance leadership roles. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. Experience supporting business leaders in a matrix environment. Advanced English proficiency.
