Summary Job Duties Identify and resolve complex issues relating to clinical operations, including personnel and business needs. Manage primarily supervisors and/or experienced professional level employees, to include defining work responsibilities and prioritization, setting performance development plans and goals, and conducting annual performance evaluations. Design and improve upon patient experience and physician engagement programs. Develop and produce reports on key clinic performance indicators, including clinic volume and patient mix. Meet with faculty and leadership to strategize and implement clinical improvement plans. Ensure financial management and accountability of the clinic(s), including budget administration, performing cost assessments, monitoring financial transactions, and financial reporting. Make strategic recommendations based on the financial data. Create accountability measures and timelines to meet clinic goals. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree. Required: Five years of relevant experience. Work Authorization Requirement: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
