About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Production Manager to support and optimize our production operations. In this role, you will ensure operational excellence, high-quality standards, and continuous improvement while leading teams in a fast-paced automotive environment. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Supervise, guide, and motivate production teams to achieve operational goals. Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and compliance with working schedules. Production Coordination & Performance Coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and quantity targets. Monitor KPIs and ensure 100% performance achievement in minutes and PPM objectives. Collaborate closely with the Quality Department to ensure flawless output. Process & Compliance Management Ensure compliance with production standards and safety. Participate in internal and external audits and ensure readiness. Reporting & Analysis Track daily, weekly, and monthly production data and performance metrics. Prepare reports, dashboards, and statistics for management. Monitor production cost centers and support budget control. Cost & Efficiency Optimization Contribute to reducing additional costs and quality-related losses. Support the planning, monitoring, and adherence to annual production budgets. Administrative & Operational Support Oversee accurate shift data (incl. bonus calculations). Organize and allocate tasks within the team efficiently. Apply disciplinary actions when necessary in alignment with management. Your Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry Strong leadership and organizational skills Advanced proficiency in English Solid computer skills (Excel, reporting tools, ERP systems) Additional Assets: German language skills Knowledge of VDA 6.3 standards Experience with FMEA / PLP methodologies Why Join Us?
