We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Endress+Hauser International Asia Pacific in Taipei, Taiwan. What is the role about? Drive business growth and expand Endress+Hauser's presence across the Taiwan market through our Sales Channel Partner (SCP) network. Build strong partnerships with channel partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and grow market share. Lead strategic account development and business growth initiatives to achieve sustainable sales success. Promote the full Endress+Hauser portfolio of Products, Solutions, and Services to key customers and partners. Make a visible impact by driving customer satisfaction, strengthening relationships, and delivering long-term business growth. What will you do? Lead and develop our Sales Channel Partner (SCP) network to achieve ambitious business objectives and drive sustainable growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding and strengthening existing customer accounts. Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers, projects, and growth opportunities. Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions with channel partners to drive continuous improvement. Provide commercial, technical, and market guidance to support partner capability development and business success. Support the acquisition and execution of local and international projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions and outstanding customer outcomes. Promote Endress+Hauser's full portfolio of Products, Solutions, and Services through partner and customer engagements. Drive customer-focused sales and marketing initiatives to increase market penetration and business opportunities. Represent Endress+Hauser at customer meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and industry events while leveraging Salesforce and business excellence processes to maximize sales effectiveness. What do we expect from you? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. At least 4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management. Strong technical knowledge in instrumentation, process automation, or industrial solutions. Commercially minded with proven business acumen and customer focus. Experience with SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), and Microsoft Office is an advantage. Fluent in Mandarin and English. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Proactive, resilient, and driven to achieve results. Comfortable working across cultures and building strong professional networks. Willingness to travel frequently. What can you expect from us?
