Job Summary We are looking for an expert in the dairy powder business who is knowledgeable in the application of Evaporation and Drying technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all accounts interested in dairy and whey powders for the United States and Canada. This role also supports our New Food Fermentation business. New food sources is one of Tetra Pak’s innovative approaches to finding alternative solutions to feeding our plant. This role will help identify and grow sales opportunities in the growing market of precision fermentation. In collaboration with the Technology Centers and global experts, you help find solutions for existing customers, but also help grow the business (new sales, equipment, and projects in many different categories). You can be based near any of our Tetra Pak offices in the US. You will be travelling up to 50% of your time. Tetra Pak is not considering applicants (Internal or External) who require International relocation to the United States. What you will do As a Processing Sales Manager Evaporation & Drying, you will: Drive sustainable growth for Evaporation and Drying New Sales by supporting the Sales Team, a cross-functional/cross-border team, to build strong customer relationships while identifying and capturing short, medium and long-term business opportunities. Represent the US and CA interests in Evaporation & Drying as well as New Food Fermentation solutions to the Central Technology Center and global technology network. Present and market our portfolio to the US & CA customer base. Support the US & CA account managers in all Leads & Opportunity Management, building strong technical and commercial solutions. Develop short- and long-term Sales Strategies for the US & CA market places for a profitable dairy powder business. Develop strategies to seek out opportunities where our precision fermentation portfolio will succeed. Research and understand market trends, while understanding our competition to influence our product portfolio development. Drive up-to-date knowledge of Tetra Pak's New Sales portfolio within the Sales teams and ensure that the relevant Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed in full, meets competitiveness requirements and delivers a strong value proposition for the customers. Drive Customer Satisfaction and Partnership improvements for the customer. We believe you have Bachelor’s degree: Chemical, Food, Mechanical Engineering or any other related field Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles Experience in sales of technical equipment is a must Very strong negotiation and communication skills Great leadership skills with a dynamic and proactive work style Proficiency in English is required (verbal and written) Pay Equity Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances.
