About the role: As the Senior Manager, Corporate & Legal Operations you will be a key member of the legal team, responsible for strategically implementing day-to-day legal operations, managing workflows, and driving efficiency across the department and cross-functional processes. This role will serve as the operational backbone of the legal department, responsible for building the systems, workflows, and infrastructure that allow the legal team to scale with the Company’s rapid growth. This role combines substantive paralegal work with legal operations responsibilities, requiring someone who can move fluidly between hands-on legal support and process improvement. The position includes direct involvement in corporate finance transactions, supporting debt financing and equity raise processes from document management through closing.
