Provides a variety of services to healthcare professionals and clients and assists in the attainment of short-term and long-term goals. Increases the utilization of community services and mentors individuals with behavioral health or substance abuse issues. Collaborates with internal staff and develops customized solutions. * This position will require successful completion of a Level II Background Screening
* This is a Grant Funded position Education: Essential: * High School Diploma or GED Experience: Essential: * One Year or related experience. Must have a minimum of 2 years stability managing personal recovery.
Credentials: Essential: * Certified Recovery Peer Specialist certification or able to obtain within 1 year of hire * Valid Florida Driver's License * BLS certification through AHA or American Red Cross
