Job Title Machine Operator / Production Associate (Will Train - First Shift) Job Description A growing manufacturing facility is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Machine Operators / Production Associates. In this role, you will support daily production operations by operating and monitoring equipment, handling materials, packaging products, performing quality checks, and assisting with general production tasks.Previous machine operation experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, assembly, material handling, or other hands-on environments are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
• Operate, monitor, and assist with production machinery and equipment. • Learn machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting procedures. • Support production lines by maintaining quality and production standards. • Perform basic quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process. • Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment. • Load, unload, move, and organize raw materials and finished goods. • Assist with equipment changeovers and production adjustments. • Use hand tools and power tools safely as needed. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures. • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. • Assist in other production, warehouse, and material handling duties as needed. Qualifications
• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, construction, or industrial experience preferred. • Machine operation experience is a plus but not required. • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. • Experience with material handling, packaging, or loading/unloading is a plus. • Forklift experience or interest in forklift certification preferred. • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods. • Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic. • Comfortable working in an industrial environment, both indoors and outdoors. • Reliable transportation to and from work. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
