Job Title: Warehouse WorkerJob DescriptionWarehouse Worker position supports a small warehouse team during a period of increased inventory. In this role, you help organize, move, and manage incoming stock efficiently and safely while maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.Responsibilities
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing new inventory to ensure accurate placement and efficient flow of goods. • Move, relocate, and stage items within the warehouse as needed to support daily operations and inventory management. • Perform general labor tasks such as packing, picking, loading, order picking, and unloading materials and products. • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace by following housekeeping standards and promptly addressing clutter or hazards. • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents and protect yourself and team members. • Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. • Work under minimal supervision while staying focused, reliable, and punctual throughout the shift. Essential Skills
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs, and occasionally more, throughout the workday. • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with physical tasks and movement. • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate receiving, sorting, and organizing of inventory. • Good organizational skills to maintain order in storage areas and workstations. • Ability to work under minimal supervision while remaining dependable and punctual. • Capability to perform general labor tasks including packing, picking, loading, order picking, and unloading. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus but not required. • Experience working in a smaller warehouse environment is beneficial. • Willingness to follow established safety procedures and contribute to a safe workplace. The workspace is organized and focused on safety, with an expectation that all team members help maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient warehouse. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Earth City, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
