Job Title: General Production WorkerJob DescriptionThis role focuses on operating molding and assembly line equipment to produce plastic automotive parts. You assemble components, inspect and sort finished products, package items, and stock materials to support efficient production in a clean, organized manufacturing environment.Responsibilities
• Operate molding machines and assembly line equipment to produce plastic automotive parts according to established procedures. • Assemble plastic components accurately and efficiently to meet production targets and quality standards. • Inspect parts for defects, ensuring products meet quality specifications before packaging or stocking. • Sort products based on quality criteria and production requirements. • Package finished parts securely and label them correctly for storage or shipment. • Stock materials and finished goods in designated areas to maintain an organized workflow. • Use hand tools and basic production equipment safely and effectively during daily tasks. • Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing required protective footwear and adhering to facility rules. • Work collaboratively in small work cells with a few team members to maintain steady production flow. • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, supporting a safe and efficient production environment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morehead, KY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
