Job Title: CarpenterJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team, where you will perform various carpentry tasks including installing plywood decking, framing walls with 2x4s, and building or dismantling handrails. Responsibilities • Install plywood decking with precision. • Frame walls using 2x4s according to specifications. • Construct and dismantle handrails as required. • Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards during all tasks. Essential Skills • Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience. • Proficiency in framing and drywall. • Experience working on construction job sites. • Knowledge of construction safety protocols. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Possession of any OSHA or related certifications is advantageous. • Experience in residential framing and concrete form carpentry is beneficial. Work EnvironmentThe role is based at the Titan's stadium, involving new construction projects. Work hours are from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Employees are expected to bring their own basic hand tools including a hammer, square, chalk box, and tape measure. Orientation occurs from 6:00 am, Monday through Thursday. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
