IMMEDIATELY HIRING: MACHINE OPERATOR Apply now for this FULL TIME job opportunity hiring Machine Operators located in the Montgomeryville, PA area. The machine operator will be operating and making adjustments to the machines depending on the orde being ran, gathering and feeding the material into the machines, and monitoring the machines while running and completing quality checks before going to the next stage of the production process. Prior machine operating experience, working in a production/ manufacturing environment, would be qualified to be considered for this role. Responsibilities
• Set up, operate, and maintain inserter machines and all associated in-line equipment, including inkjet operations. • Follow all established processes for operating inserter and in-line equipment while meeting quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement expectations. • Read and interpret run lists, work orders, and technical specifications, and follow sign-off and continuity procedures accurately. • Perform all duties related to station setup and packaging requirements for each job. • Run and sort standard production jobs as a one-person operation, managing workflow and output independently. • Run machines through cross-over procedures when taking over equipment that was previously running. • Complete mail sorting training and certification, and train others to sort mail in compliance with USPS standards. • Complete all required production and quality paperwork and use timekeeping and system tools efficiently. • Attend and actively participate in scheduled cost center meetings. • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks to maintain optimal equipment performance. • Ensure compliance with established manufacturing principles and support continuous improvement efforts. • Follow all safety and quality policies and procedures at all times. • Work assigned shifts, including weekends and overtime, as required to meet production needs. • Perform other duties as assigned by supervision to support production and operations. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montgomeryville, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
