Production Technician | Welding & Fabrication Support Location: Pueblo, COSchedule: Rotating 12-hour day or night shiftsPay Range: $22-$25/hourWe are seeking a motivated Production Technician to support fabrication and welding operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, construction, or production experience who enjoy working with tools, equipment, and mechanical assemblies while developing welding and fabrication skills. Key Responsibilities
• Prepare materials for welding and fabrication through sanding, grinding, cutting, and surface preparation. • Perform tack welding and assist welders with setup, material handling, and equipment operation. • Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently. • Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met. • Support mechanical assembly and general production activities. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Qualifications
• Manufacturing, production, construction, or general labor experience preferred. • Experience using hand and power tools. • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn fabrication and welding processes. • Comfortable working in a highly industrial indoor/outdoor environment in varying weather conditions. • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
