• 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Job Overview We are seeking motivated and dependable Production Technicians to support welding and fabrication operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates with manufacturing, construction, production, or general labor experience who enjoy working with tools, equipment, and mechanical assemblies.Candidates will assist the welding department while learning fabrication processes and developing welding-related skills. Successful employees are team-oriented, safety-focused, teachable, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. Responsibilities
• Prepare materials for welding and fabrication through sanding, grinding, cutting, and surface preparation. • Perform tack welding and assist welders with setup, material handling, and equipment operation. • Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently. • Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met. • Support fabrication, mechanical assembly, and general production activities. • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition. • Replenish consumables and materials as needed. • Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards. Qualifications
• Manufacturing, production, construction, or general labor experience preferred. • Experience using hand tools and power tools. • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn welding and fabrication processes. • Ability to work in a highly industrial indoor and outdoor environment. • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions. • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. • Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the shift. • Willingness to work rotating 12-hour schedules. Work Environment This is a large-scale industrial fabrication environment with both indoor and outdoor work areas. Candidates should be comfortable working around heavy equipment, fabrication activities, and changing weather conditions. The setting is more comparable to a construction site than a traditional manufacturing facility. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
