Warehouse Associate Pay: $19.00/hr - 1st Shift | $21.00/hr - 2nd Shift
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $19.00/hr • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 11:30 PM | $21.00/hr ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring Warehouse Associates to support daily operations within a busy metal distribution facility. This position involves operating forklifts and overhead cranes, loading customer trucks, managing inventory, and handling structural steel materials throughout the warehouse.This is a long-term opportunity with training provided, advancement potential, and the chance to learn overhead crane operation. • Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials safely • Load structural steel onto customer trucks according to order sheets • Pick, stage, and organize materials for shipment • Track inventory using RF scanners • Maintain accurate inventory counts within assigned areas • Perform general warehouse and material handling duties • Follow all safety procedures and operating guidelines • Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 6 months of forklift experience • At least 6 months of warehouse or material handling experience • Experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, or similar equipment • Ability to read and follow order sheets • Comfortable working around heavy materials and equipment • Strong attention to safety and detail • RF scanner experience preferred • Overhead crane experience is a plus but not required WORK ENVIRONMENT
