• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, assembly, or equipment operation • Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift • Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting regularly • Experience using common hand and power tools • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Ability to work overtime and Saturdays when required • Commitment to workplace safety Preferred Qualifications
• Precast concrete or concrete finishing experience • Familiarity with construction tools such as: • Hammers • Utility knives • Speed squares • Adjustable wrenches • Tie wire pliers • Side cutters • Trowels
Schedule
• Typical start time: 11AM (work until finished; could be working up to 12 hours a day) • Monday through Friday • Overtime available • Shift lengths may vary based on production demands 🦺 Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position requiring:
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling • Working with concrete, rebar, and construction materials • Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts • Ability to lift and move materials throughout the day Why Join Us? Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
