Operator Day & Night Shifts Available | $21+ an hour Job DescriptionThis role focuses primarily on operating production machinery in the Cell Assembly Department within a clean room environment. Operators support continuous manufacturing operations by running equipment, handling materials, and ensuring products move efficiently through the production process. Positions are available on day, night, and weekday shifts, offering structured schedules and long-term stability in a modern, highly organized facility.Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery in the Cell Assembly Department according to established procedures and safety standards. • Monitor machine performance during 12-hour and standard weekday shifts, promptly addressing basic issues and escalating concerns when necessary. • Perform standard machine operating tasks, including starting, stopping, and adjusting equipment to maintain consistent production quality. • Handle packaging activities, including preparing, packing, and labeling parts and products as required. • Move parts, materials, and boxes throughout the plant, including between buildings and different areas of the facility. • Follow all clean room protocols, including proper gowning procedures and use of required PPE such as garb and beard nets when applicable. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in alignment with 5S3K principles and facility standards. • Adhere to production schedules and shift patterns, including rotating 12-hour shifts and weekday shifts as assigned. • Support continuous improvement by following standardized work practices and contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency. • Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time, working both independently and as part of a production team. Essential Skills

• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience, demonstrating familiarity with production or general labor environments. • Consistent work history with a minimum of 9 months tenure at each previous job. • Ability to work within structured shift schedules, including rotating 12-hour shifts and weekday shifts. • Comfort working in a clean room environment and following strict PPE and gowning requirements. • Capability to perform general labor tasks, including standing, walking, and moving materials throughout a large facility. • Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and cleanliness standards in a meticulously maintained, temperature-controlled environment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
