About this role

Job Title: WelderJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role involves supporting fabrication and manufacturing operations by executing high-quality welding on structural and custom metal fabrication projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong FCAW experience, proficiency in reading blueprints and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), and have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced fabrication shop environment.Responsibilities

• Perform welding using FCAW, GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, SAW, and oxy-acetylene processes as required. • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and weld specifications. • Read and follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS). • Prepare materials through cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fitting. • Perform welds in multiple positions while maintaining quality and productivity standards. • Maintain welding equipment and ensure equipment remains in good working order. • Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, quality personnel, and inspectors. • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. • Support fabrication and production operations as needed. Essential Skills

• Minimum 5 years of welding experience • Experience in FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding), GMAW (MIG Welding), and GTAW (TIG Welding) • Ability to pass 3G FCAW weld test • Proficiency in reading and following Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) • Heavy fabrication and structural welding experience • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing/fabrication environment Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
