Job Title: General Requirements LaborersJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated laborers responsible for all general site work. This role includes a variety of tasks essential to maintaining an efficient and safe construction environment. Responsibilities • Set up temporary walkways. • Perform site cleanup, including removing excess material after skilled craft work is completed. • Set up and break down tooling for each workday. • Assist with sweeping and removing trash or mud from walkways into administration trailers. • Maintain cleanliness in large, walk-in bathroom trailers. • Set up and move water pumps on-site for dewatering. • Assist with snow removal during winter conditions. Essential Skills • Experience with hand tools and power tools. • General labor and construction labor experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications • OSHA 10 certification is a plus. • Experience on large commercial construction sites is advantageous. Work EnvironmentThis is a large construction site with significant traffic and moving parts. The work schedule may include Monday through Sunday, with Sundays offered as bonus or reward days for extra overtime, depending on attendance. Start times may vary between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM, and workdays can be up to 10 hours long. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, IN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
