Job Title: 1st shift AssemblerJob DescriptionJoin our team as an Assembler, where you'll engage in fast-paced, engineered-to-order assembly tasks. You'll work on unique and special contract assembly jobs, requiring skills in blueprint reading and quality assurance.Responsibilities
• Assemble sub-components and finished products using hand and power tools. • Operate an overhead crane • Participate in fast-paced production and assembly tasks. • Lift 60lbs+ to fit product together efficiently. • Work with a team member to fulfill product orders daily. • Perform lifting, climbing, standing, walking, and extending arms for extended periods. Essential Skills
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools. • Ability to read assembly drawings and blueprints. • Experience with mechanical assembly and schematics. • Comfortable with lifting heavy objects. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience in assembly or production environments. • Comfort with repetitive lifting and fast-paced work. • High School Diploma or GED required upon permanent employment conversion. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
