What You'll Do As the lead foreman, you'll oversee a crew of approximately 6-8 technicians while remaining actively involved in the installation, troubleshooting, and modernization of commercial fire alarm systems.Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and mentoring fire alarm technicians and installers • Managing daily manpower, materials, and project execution • Coordinating work within an active airport environment • Overseeing device replacements, retrofits, upgrades, and repairs • Troubleshooting live commercial fire alarm systems • Directing conduit installation, wire pulls, terminations, and related electrical work • Managing schedules, documentation, as-builts, redlines, and daily reports • Communicating with project management, airport personnel, and client stakeholders • Ensuring compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specifications • Keeping projects on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality standards What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for a proven field leader who can balance technical expertise with strong people leadership.Required Experience:
• Foreman or lead technician experience managing field crews • Commercial fire alarm installation, retrofit, service, and troubleshooting experience • Experience with major fire alarm platforms such as: • Honeywell • Notifier • Siemens • Edwards/EST • Simplex • FCI
• Strong troubleshooting skills in occupied commercial environments • Commercial electrical experience including conduit and wiring • Blueprint reading and field documentation experience • Strong communication and customer-facing skills • Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications:
