Job Title: Warehouse Order SelectorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Warehouse Order Selector to join our dynamic team. This role involves using an RF Scanner to pull and select products for shipping and staging, as well as moving and transporting 40lbs - 60lbs paint buckets. This is a very physical position requiring stamina and strength. Responsibilities • Use RF Scanner to accurately select and pull products for shipping and staging. • Transport and move paint buckets weighing 40lbs - 60lbs. • Operate pallet jacks to efficiently move products within the warehouse. • Participate in order selecting, order pulling, and palletizing tasks. • Engage in shipping and receiving duties as required. Essential Skills • Experience with pallet jacks. • Order picking and order selecting skills. • Proficiency in using an RF Scanner. • Warehouse experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience. • Experience with electric pallet jacks and forklifts is preferred but not required. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a distribution and order selecting warehouse. The role requires working from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with a willingness to work overtime and 10-hour days as needed. Some Saturdays may also be required. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kutztown, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
