With over a century of heritage, Baker Hughes partners with customers in oil and gas, industrial sectors, and emerging energy markets to accelerate progress toward a more sustainable energy future Fuel your passion A Sourcing Experienced Professional - Sourcing Initiatives is responsible for supporting sourcing and procurement activities, providing legal and commercial guidance relating to inbound procurement, managing supplier relationships, and supporting negotiations, including real estate negotiations. As a Sourcing Experienced Professional, you will be responsible for:
• Supporting sourcing and procurement activities and supplier relationships to meet business requirements. • Providing legal counsel and guidance relating to inbound procurement, where applicable. • Supporting and managing commercial negotiations with suppliers, including real estate negotiations. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support effective sourcing and procurement outcomes. To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field. • Have at least 3-5 years in Sourcing • Lawyer or non-lawyer specializing in sourcing, providing legal counsel and guidance relating to inbound procurement • Have procurement experience in SAP and Ariba system • Have good communication and negotiation skills, as well as good organizational and time management skills • Have a good knowledge of Purchasing practices, principles and procedures • Be good at communicating in English language
